To gain Gold accreditation, an agent or landlord needs to have been members of Unipol for at least four consecutive years without a sustained complaint being made against them. The Unipol Code sets minimum standards for the physical condition of the building, the way in which the building has to be managed and maintaining customer satisfaction and dealing promptly with any repairs or problems.
